purchase are governed by UK legislation.

Our Terms and Conditions of Sale are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing process for you, the user. By reading them
carefully, you will have a clear understanding of your rights and obligations when making a purchase directly from us for one of our new
bespoke, made to measure benches, chairs and tables. We strive to provide excellent customer service and want to make sure that you are
completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Terms and Conditions cover important topics such as payment methods, delivery options and
refund policy, maintenance of our products, and the colourgalv process. We want to make sure that you have all the information you need to

Colin Stevenson of C.D. Stevenson Ltd produces our high-quality, opulent and bespoke luxury garden furniture known as Stevenson's Forge.
Our benches, chairs, and tables are an investment that will outlive this generation. Our bespoke pieces are made using tradional blacksmith forging
skills  and are made with care and attention to detail, ensuring that they not only look beautiful but also stand the test of time.

PURCHASE TERMS FOR CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
We put a lot of effort into producing goods of the highest calibre using the traditional hand forging method. We take all reasonable precautions
and care to ensure that all information, product descriptions, and prices are accurate for the specific details and requirements of each product.
While we make every effort to ensure that the product images on our website are accurately captured and displayed, we cannot guarantee
that the images will appear exactly as they do on your device. Please call or email us if you would like to order one of our customised products.
After purchasing one of our high-end products, you will be emailed a personalised plan that will include additional information on the
maintenance and longevity of our product.  Stevenson’s Forge are committed to providing you with high-quality garden products that meets
your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 12-month satisfaction guarantee.

PRICING
Prices listed on the website are a starting point only and include VAT. The marine coating for locations by the sea, cushions, and bespoke
items are not included in this price. Delivery fees are not included in the product price and will be added to the total at checkout. All quoted
prices are good for 30 days.  Any time we change our prices, orders for which we have already sent you an order confirmation will not be impacted.
You will enter into a sales contract with us if you choose to buy something from us directly or by visiting our website. When a customised item is
agreed upon, a deposit is required.  We can accept payments by BACS, CHAPS, and credit cards. Our preferred method is BACS or CHAPS.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions
and images, but please be aware  that colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If you have any questions or concerns about your order,

DELIVERY
Because our furniture is produced to order, we aim to deliver usually around 4 weeks from order confirmation for standard benches. Should
you decide to purchase a bespoke, customised product; an estimated delivery date will be provided. We will remain in contact with our clients
at all times.  We may be able to offer delivery on the UK mainland ourselves, but costs will vary depending on location. Should we be unable to
deliver your product ourselves, we will outsource delivery to trusted companies with a good record. This will incur an additional cost in crate charges.

Delays that are not within our control are not our responsibility. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as we can, and
we will take action to lessen the impact of the delay. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any delivery instructions you give us,
and we won't be liable for any loss or damage to the product that results from our following those instructions (including, without limitation,
instructions to leave the products in a specific location)  . When we deliver the item to the address you provided us with or as per your
instructions, delivery will be considered complete.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information regarding export fees and administration costs and how
they may impact your purchase. While this may add an extra step to the ordering process, it can save you money and prevent any unwanted
surprises when your order arrives. Please contact us by telephone to discuss this further.

FAULTY GOODS
These terms have no bearing on your legal rights regarding products that are faulty, of subpar quality, or not what was advertised. Our attention
to detail and the quality of our luxury products' finishes are crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction. It is not our intention to provide subpar
goods. We know that even the smallest imperfection can detract from the overall experience of owning one of our products, so we take great
care to ensure that every item is flawless before it leaves our workshop.

With the exception of the "Colourgalv" process, unfortunately, on rare occasions, the finish can leave minor imperfections, such as higher
levels of zinc coating on certain areas of a product. We believe this is a small compromise to gain many more years of protection over a

Please send an email or call us if you believe we have supplied you with a product that is misrepresented or subpar, along with a thorough
description of the problem and, if possible, pictures of any problems or product damage.  In addition to emailing Colin Stevenson, it is
important to keep in mind your consumer rights when dealing with unsatisfactory or misdescribed products. If the product was purchased
within the last 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act. However, if it has been longer than 30 days but less
than twelve months since purchase, we may repair or replace the item before offering a refund. It is also worth noting that if you were
misled about a product's features or performance, you may be entitled to compensation for any losses incurred as a result of this
misrepresentation. Always keep records of any correspondence and evidence of faults or damage to support your claim.

REFUND POLICY
Stevenson's Forge takes great pride in creating luxury garden furniture that is tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
We understand that each client has their own vision for their outdoor space, and we work closely with them to bring that vision to life. Once
you have made your purchase or we have started creating your product, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind. This is
because each piece of furniture is made specifically for you with the utmost care and attention to detail. We use only the finest materials to
create furniture that is not only beautiful but also durable and long-lasting. So if you're looking for luxury garden furniture that will elevate your
outdoor space, look no further than our customised pieces.

COLOURGALV PROCESS
Our recommended method of protection for our outdoor luxury garden furniture is the colourgalv process. This is a duplex coating using hot
dip galvanizing as the primer coat with a polyester powder top coat, giving a superior corrosion resistant finish. Depending on the location,
and climate of the area, the protection should have a lifespan of at least 50 years.

In comparison with normal painting processes, the colourgalv process may leave minute flaws or imperfections such as higher levels of zinc
coating on some areas of the finished product. We believe this is a reasonable trade-off given the additional years of protection compared to
a conventional paint approach. For some locations we recommend a marine powder coating. This will be discussed fully on application of

MAINTENANCE OF OUR PRODUCTS
A complimentary maintenance kit will be provided with your garden bench, chair, or table. Washing with soap and water frequently will ensure
our products remain in good condition. Depending on location, we suggest an annual deep clean using a good-quality automotive polish. Should
you decide on a caithness stone tabletop then this will require a linseed oil dressing.
If you plan to place your bench, chair or table on a grass surface, it's important to take extra care. While our products are designed to withstand
outdoor conditions, they may be vulnerable to damage from mowers or strimmer’s. These tools can easily remove the colour from the feet of
your furniture, which can reduce its longevity and overall aesthetic appeal. As a responsible manufacturer, we want to remind our customers
that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in this way. To ensure the longevity of your product, we recommend placing it on
a solid surface. With proper care and attention, your chair or table will continue to provide comfort and style for years to come.
Our luxury garden furniture may be supplied with rubber foot pads. These are to protect the colourgalv frame from abrasion while on hard
surfaces. Any impact to the feet such as chips or scratches could set off corrosion of the frame.
